Omicron Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is a well established organization in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  Our chapter focus is to provide "Service to All Mankind" while strengthening community commitment and involvement throughout Warren County, KY and surrounding county areas.  Initiative targets include Family Strengthening, Economic Growth & Empowerment, Educational Enrichment, Scholastic Achievement and Health Awareness Promotion. Chapter programming efforts are tangible outreach opportunities that mirror other Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Chapters, spanning the globe internationally.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is comprised of over 70,000 college educated Women "Worldwide".  Notable charitable activities and service related projects include; Childhood Hunger Awareness Programs, School Backpack Drives, distribution of "Seasonal Wraps", Playground Revitalization Projects, Alzheimer's Awareness Promotion, Healthy Heart Programs, support of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's), Earth Day Recycling, Global & Local Disaster Relief Projects, Health Walks and a myriad of other efforts all under our International Service Signature Program entitled, " Launching New Dimensions of Service"

Omicron Sigma Omega Chapter strives to be a pinnacle change agent, sharing, caring and daring to make a difference in the lives of many, while providing continuous support for community and global endeavors.
